facebook is far more popular and it's the biggest social network in the world.
so yes, i'd say i prefer facebook, because you have more individuality and you can connect with nearly anybody. facebook is the ONLY social network which has a privacy protection.
tagging isn't that popular anymore, it gt too slow and complicated, with facebook you can communicate easily with your friends. someone once told me that facebook offers you the perfect mixture between anonymity and intimacy.
