does it mean that after the skipping of the heart the pulse rate reduces. iam really interested in this and i want to know

who? And how?
And technically: yes if you skip a heartbeat, your (current) pulse rate is lowered by that beat...

everybody aroud says that he skips his heartbeat,but wont this affect your pulse rate if it is actually true.
