EUR 90.-Single use Encryption/Decryption for PDFs?

We have the following problem:

For a project we like to have a PDF that can be downloaded from the internet or any other source. The PDF can be viewed and opened, yet it should be bound to a computer.

This means, as soon as the user intented to send the PDF to another person who would then open it on another computer that should not be possible anymore. The PDF should somehow be bound to one and only one computer.

Is such a technology available and can it be purchased for a company? (50% of reward).
If so, can you send to us an example of such a file? We are ready to install software or what is required to test it (50% of reward)

The project is important to us, hence qualified feedback is highly desired.

1. There is such a technology called DRM (Digital Rights Management) for PDFs which is similar to the DRM used to protect media files. Such files can only be used according to the permissions given (copy, use on another device, etc.). But DRM is a server side solution at which the viewer connects to a DRM server (this case Adobe's Content Server and download the rights for it if s/he tries to view it on another machine. If you would not buy an expensive server side solution, I'd suggest checking such services provided by Adobe's solution partners listed at http://www.adobe.com/products/contentserver/partners.html. Most of these companies are professional and also might take your PDF content to the next level by being able to distribute/sell it online for eReaders.
